A focused Account Engagement implementation with Hugo & Cat
Context
Hugo & Cat brought EKWIS into a project for a major international client. The requirement was to implement Pardot, now Salesforce Account Engagement, alongside the client's existing Salesforce platform.
The constraint
The implementation had to fit the client's operational requirements and work within a wider agency-led engagement. EKWIS therefore needed to provide specialist Salesforce and Account Engagement knowledge while adapting to requirements during a short delivery window.

EKWIS delivered the Account Engagement implementation over one month. The configuration was tailored to the client's stated requirements and connected the marketing-automation work to the existing Salesforce environment.
