We help operations and technical leaders apply AI to real work: handling customer context, preparing decisions, reducing repetitive administration and improving delivery. We start with the workflow and evidence, then choose the smallest useful combination of models, agents, integrations and approved data.
WORKFLOW BEFORE TOOLING
A useful AI workflow is clear about what the model is helping with, what information it can use and what must still be checked by a person or deterministic system.
THREE PRACTICAL STARTING POINTS
We can start with one operational problem, a Salesforce-specific use case or a broader delivery and governance review.

Explore the readiness callPROVE
Test a contained workflow against representative data, measure output quality and failure behaviour, and decide whether the use case is ready for operational delivery.
OPERATE
Integrate the approved workflow, implement human and technical controls, prepare monitoring and support, and release it through an owned change process.
WHERE AI CAN HELP
Good candidates have enough repeated context to benefit from assistance and a clear way to check the result before it matters.
Prepare case, account, renewal or delivery context for the person taking the next action, with source evidence and open questions retained.
Suggest categories, priorities or destinations from unstructured inputs, with rules and exception handling around the outcome.
Turn notes, documents or messages into proposed fields or structured JSON that another system can validate before use.
Prepare a first draft or review against known criteria while leaving approval and external communication with an accountable person.
Use approved internal material to help teams answer bounded questions, with source visibility and a route for uncertain results.
Improve issue preparation, implementation drafts, test thinking and review without bypassing engineering ownership or release checks.
DESIGN FOR OPERATIONS
Privacy, security, model behaviour and human review cannot be added as an appendix after a proof of concept. We design them into the workflow and its operating model.
Document what information is sent, why it is needed, where credentials are held and which provider terms apply.
Define the expected format, deterministic checks and conditions that send a result to human review.
Test against representative examples and known difficult cases before deciding whether the workflow is ready.
Name the person responsible for monitoring, exceptions, change approval and retirement when the use case no longer fits.
AI INSIDE SALESFORCE
EKWIS AI is our SaaS product for adding controlled AI actions to Salesforce Flow. It is available to existing EKWIS customers through a guided private release, but remains one delivery option rather than the starting point for every AI conversation.
WHAT GOOD ADOPTION LEAVES BEHIND
We started with a defined Salesforce process, named intended users and a controlled release path. We then installed EKWIS AI, deployed the customer-specific automation, assigned dedicated permissions and validated the release in the production org.
Leaders can see which use case is worth pursuing, what evidence supports it and what should wait.
The people operating the process understand where AI acts, what to check and how to handle exceptions.
Proven use cases can move into supported operation with defined controls for security, quality and release accountability.
