This is an initial working session, not a full security assessment or implementation design. We use it to test whether there is a useful, proportionate piece of AI work to explore.

  • Attendees: the person who owns the process, plus a technical, data or security owner where relevant.
  • Input: one or two repeated tasks, the systems involved and what a good result would look like.
  • Deliverable: a short written note covering the candidate use case, key constraints and recommended starting point.
  • Next step: an internal action, no further work, or a focused paid discovery or proof of value if there is a good fit.
